Benefits to the employees

Staff, who complete a Work and Well-Being Assessment, will enjoy the following benefits:

  • For the first time, employees can complete a questionnaire to express how work-related problems which are important to them, impact their general quality of life.
  • Training and other business solutions provided by the employer will be geared much more to the needs the employees themselves identify as most important.
  • In one-to-one situations eg coaching, staff are given 'permission' to discuss and explore problems that are important to them rather than those identified through the 'lens' of the employer.
