Using the Work and Well-Being Assessments

Once an order to use a Work and Well-Being Assessment (WWBA) has been placed, we work with organizations using the following three-stage process:

Stage 1 - Preparation Phase

  1. Agree demographic data specific to the company eg gender, location, type of role etc
  2. Set up a user name and password for online completion by employees
  3. Test the link between the workplace and the client sign-in section on the homepage of the Work and Well-Being server
  4. Prepare for launch

Stage 2 - Completion Phase

  1. The WWBA link is distributed to employees inviting them to participate and respond
  2. Employees complete WWBA

Stage 3 - Reporting Phase

  1. Following the completion period, we lock down the data and carry out an analysis of the findings. We compile a comprehensive report that includes the following:
    • Commentary on findings
    • Numerical scoring system
    • Charts and tables depicting data graphically
    • Analysis by gender, geographical location, type of role etc
    • Key driver analysis of business critical outcomes eg absence or attrition (if required)
  2. Findings are then reported back to the employer
