Our independence means employers can be confident that they are getting the best products and services that are tailored to their particular requirements.

We work with organisations to select, procure, promote and manage programmes. As well as recommending particular programmes, we draw on our background in organisational psychology to help employees to change behaviour. We can support the wider aspects of resource management if required.

To initiate a programme, we look systematically at data available.
The kind of data will depend on the desired outcome(s) from the well-being programme:

    • Is the aim to reduce sickness absence?
    • Is it to increase productivity?
    • Is it to improve retention?
    • Is it to increase productivity?
    • Or maybe it is to cut presenteeism?

    Whatever it is, we will gather the necessary information to guide your approach.
