The Work and Well-Being Assessments (WWBAs) are standardised questionnaires that are hosted and administered on an independent site. They are completed on-line and the questions take approximately 6-8 minutes to answer. All responses are anonymous. The team at Work and Well-Being collates and analyses the information and compiles a report for the company summarising the data and key findings.

The items in the Assessments represent the work-related problems that the majority of employees in a particular sector find most bothersome and important to their overall sense of well-being. The items are spread across a number of domains associated with work-related quality of life including physical and psychological health, social relationships and opportunities to develop.

The instruments have strong
measurement properties.
