Our approach to evaluating the well-being of employees is through the use of on-line questionnaires.

Unlike other workplace assessments, our instruments are sector-specific. This is because our research shows that the real work-related problems that are impacting on people’s health and wellness are to do with the type of work that they do which generalist questionnaires are unable to capture.
