Our Approach

Our approach to evaluating the well-being of employees is through the use of on-line questionnaires.

The whole process takes approximately 8-10 weeks and is divided into 4 key stages. See Employee Well-Being Measurement Process.

Unlike other workplace assessments, our instruments are sector-specific. This is because our research shows that the real work-related problems that are impacting on people’s health and wellness are to do with the type of work that they do which generalist questionnaires are unable to capture. While our approach is founded on scientific methods, it is based on a practical framework that allows our clients to respond to findings in ways that are realistic and pragmatic. See Practical Application.
