We are the only organisation to evaluate well-being on a sector-specific basis.
This is because the type of work people do has a primary influence on their well-being. Is it really realistic to expect the health and wellness of people working in a City institution will be affected in the same way as, say, traffic wardens?
The content of our instruments are particular to the workforce under examination so the drivers of well-being (and performance) are appraised comprehensively. By virtue of their generic nature, generalist questionnaires are unable to capture those elements of a sector that most impact well-being and performance which limits their relevance and empirical value. We match our services to the needs of our clients. Not the other way round.
