An employee well-being framework
We recommend that an organisation that is serious about improving the well-being of its workforce, considers implementing the framework below.
Our experience with working alongside organisations is that far too many jump straight to interventions without first getting leadership on side or conducting a robust audit of needs and requirements. Our WWBAs allow organisations to evaluate quickly and effectively the well-being status of the workforce, the findings from which will inform decisions on interventions and investment going forward. Following execution, the WWBA can be deployed once again to assess change in well-being levels against the original baseline dataset.
