ABOUT US

While there are numerous providers who offer well-being ‘solutions’, there are very few who actually evaluate employees’ well-being needs.
Work and Well-Being Ltd was established in 2005 with the specific aim of providing services to organisations who want independent metrics and advice on employee health and performance.

Dr Bridget Juniper, founder and director of Work and Well-Being Ltd, is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a PhD in the measurement of employee well-being.

Highly experienced in employee health and wellness matters, Dr Juniper has worked with a wide variety of organisations across the private and public sectors and was recently appointed Chairman of the RSSB's Health Economics Group which will oversee and evaluate health and well-being initiatives in the rail sector.

Dr Juniper continues her award-winning research at Cranfield University where she is also a guest lecturer. She has been awarded an Honorary Research Fellowship at the School of Business, Economics and Informatics at Birkbeck College, University of London and lectures on the MSc Organisational Psychology programme. She is also a Visiting Research Fellow at the Royal Institution of Great Britain and a Visiting Lecturer on the Goldsmiths' (University of London) Occupational Psychology MSc programme.

Dr Juniper is a newly appointed member of the Health and Well-Being working group for The British Psychological Society. She is also lead judge for the new 'Grace Awards' recognising effective health and well-being programmes.
